This 8-week course offers a calming space to reconnect with yourself through a revitalizing blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, pranayama, meditation, and affirmations—supporting your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

As we move from winter into spring, each session invites you to awaken your energy and embrace renewal—the essence of the season. Through full-body yoga workouts engaging all major muscle groups, with special focus on the back, hips, pelvic floor, thighs, and core, you’ll build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility while gently releasing the heaviness of winter and welcoming lightness, growth, and clarity into your body and mind.

What you can expect:

Energizing and relaxing Hatha & Vinyasa yoga sequences

Full-body asana practice for strength and flexibility

Focus on back, hip, pelvic floor, thigh, and core activation

Breathwork (Pranayama) to calm the mind and boost vitality

Guided meditations and affirmations to restore balance and positivity

Bonus: A weekly 5-minute yoga challenge—a simple mix of meditation, affirmations, breathwork, and gentle asanas to bring mindfulness into your daily life.

The course will be adapted to the group’s English proficiency. While no prior experience is required, a basic familiarity with yoga is helpful to enjoy the full benefits of the practice.
