Flow into Summer (in english)
This 8-week course invites you to move with ease and vitality as you transition into the warmth of summer. Through a flowing blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, pranayama, meditation, and affirmations, you’ll strengthen your body, calm your mind, and embrace the uplifting energy of the season.
Each session focuses on full-body yoga sequences that build strength and flexibility while releasing tension—especially in the back, hips, pelvic floor, thighs, and core. As the days grow longer, you’ll cultivate lightness, balance, and inner radiance to carry through your summer months.
What you can expect:
Uplifting Hatha & Vinyasa yoga sequences for strength and mobility
Full-body asana practice with focus on back, hip, pelvic floor, thigh, and core activation
Breathwork (Pranayama) to boost energy and focus
Guided meditations and affirmations to promote calm and clarity
Bonus: A weekly 5-minute yoga challenge—simple practices to bring more mindfulness and vitality into your daily life
The course will be adapted to the group’s English proficiency. While no prior experience is required, a basic familiarity with yoga is helpful to enjoy the full benefits of the practice.
