We are going to read about a wide selection of topics revising and extending our vocabulary as well as practising useful grammar that may need revision. In a friendly atmosphere we enjoy conversation and singing songs.
"The customer is always right". Dealing with customers can sometimes be a challenge, especially when you’re doing it in a foreign language. In this course you will practice communicating clearly and efficiently with customers in a variety of business situations: -Giving customers product and pricing information -Processing customer enquiries -Dealing with customer complaints -Maintaining positive relationships with customers Emphasis is on oral communication. A wide range of role plays, adapted to suit you and your company, will improve your fluency and confidence in the workplace. In addition, you will receive individual feedback on your language skills and a "next steps" study plan which has been customized to suit your exact needs.
4 days of intensive training in business communication. The Focus is on business topics- virtual international meetings, cross cultural training , negotiating, selling, presentations (presentation techniques) and case studies. To provide the best support participants are expected to share any of their topics and issues in these sessions.
In this course you will learn how to express yourself more fluently when communicating with fellow professionals - whether on the telephone, face-to-face or in writing. The focus will be on telephoning, presentations, emails and customer service and includes a variety of activities, for example, worksheets and role plays. There will also be the opportunity to look at any individual topics you specifically need in the workplace. Grammar will be looked at as required.
