This course is for those who want to keep up their English. The large variety of material (such as short stories, newspaper articles and language games covering a wide range of subjects) will provide an excellent opportunity to practise the English learnt in previous years.

We’ll read about interesting topics which lend themselves to conversation and discussion. It’s also fun to sing songs, practise everyday English and check grammar problems.

We are going to read about a wide selection of topics revising and extending our vocabulary as well as practising useful grammar that may need revision. In a friendly atmosphere we enjoy conversation and singing songs.

Applying 21st century skills (4 C's - communication, collaboration, critical-thinking and creativity), in fostering Connection. We exchange ideas while practising speaking, listening and honing our presentation skills. TED talks and YouTube clips are used as input.
